Dastaan Mushq delivers across Pakistan. Here's what to expect after you place your order.

Where we deliver

We deliver to all cities and towns in Pakistan served by our courier partners. We don't ship internationally at this time.

Delivery charges

Bank-transfer orders are dispatched once your payment is confirmed.

Processing and delivery times

• Processing: orders are packed and handed to our courier within 1–2 working days.
• Major cities (such as Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and Rawalpindi): 2–4 working days after dispatch.
• Other cities and towns: 4–7 working days after dispatch.

Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during sales, holidays, bad weather or courier disruptions.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you your tracking details. If you have questions about your delivery, contact us with your order number.

Receiving your parcel

• Please make sure your name, full address and phone number are correct and that someone is available to receive the parcel. The courier may call before delivery.
• For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready.
• If the outer packaging looks visibly damaged or tampered with, please take photos before opening and contact us right away.

Undelivered or refused parcels

If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incorrect, the recipient couldn't be reached or the delivery was refused, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery. Extra delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
