These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of dastaanmushq.com and to any purchase you make from Dastaan Mushq ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them along with our Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refund and Privacy policies.

1. About us

Dastaan Mushq is a fragrance brand based in Lahore, Pakistan. Our address is 611-A Block, Central Park Housing Society, Lahore. You can reach us at info@dastaanmushq.com or +92 301 9694895.

2. Products

• We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Colours on screen and packaging may vary slightly.
• Fragrance can smell different on different people, and how long it lasts depends on skin type, climate and how it's applied. Any longevity figures are guidance, not a guarantee.
• Our products are for external use only. Do a patch test if you have sensitive skin, avoid contact with eyes, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Keep perfumes away from children, heat and open flames.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice. The price at the time you place your order applies.
• We accept Cash on Delivery (with a Rs. 190 delivery charge) and bank transfer (with free delivery and 5% off).
• Bank-transfer orders are dispatched once your payment is confirmed.
• Promotional offers and discount codes can't be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time.

4. Orders

• When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation. This confirms we've received your order. It doesn't guarantee the order is accepted.
• We may contact you to verify your order, especially for Cash on Delivery.
• We may cancel or refuse an order, for example if a product is out of stock, there's a pricing or listing error, the order can't be verified, or we suspect fraud. If you've already paid, we'll refund you in full.
• If you'd like to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually help if it hasn't been dispatched.

5. Delivery

We deliver within Pakistan. Delivery times are estimates. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for charges, timelines and what happens if a parcel can't be delivered.

6. Returns and refunds

You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, as set out in our Returns & Refund Policy.

7. Your account

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account. Let us know right away if you think your account has been used without permission.

8. Using our website

• Don't use our website for anything unlawful, to interfere with how it works, or to try to access it without permission.
• All content on this website, including the Dastaan Mushq name, logo, text, images and product designs, belongs to Dastaan Mushq and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
• Reviews and messages you send us must be truthful and must not be offensive or unlawful. We may use or remove reviews at our discretion.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not responsible for indirect losses, or for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruptions, strikes, natural events or internet outages. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
